Building a Better Community

Family Partnerships Foundation

Family Partnerships Foundation (FPF) is the philanthropic arm of Family Partnerships of Central Florida, serving children and families in Brevard, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties. FPF works proactively to fill gaps left by government initiatives. Tax funded support can go a long way, but it often leaves vital needs unmet. FPF was established to bring the community together through a system of care that leverages local businesses and community leaders to meet these needs. Together they are building a stronger community through prevention, normalcy, and transition support for our most vulnerable members.

Prevention

Sometimes we just need a little help to ensure the safety and well-being of our family. FPF provides in-home services and support to families at-risk to strengthen the nuclear foundation vital to a child’s healthy upbringing.

Normalcy

The uncertainty a child faces if they are displaced from their home can be traumatizing. FPF works to provide a sense of normalcy through support and resources, like sports equipment or band instruments, to minimize the impact.

Transition

A young adult transitioning out of foster care is often left with little guidance and resources. FPF provides services like transportation, lodging, and career & personal development for individuals so they have the best chance to have a positive impact on our community.

Community-Based Care

FPF is a philinthropic presence in our community working proactivley to support the safety and well-being of our most vulnerable. For every $1 spent in this effort FPF saves $9 taxpayer dollars. Lets building a stronger community together.
